Our Event Coordinator is experienced in organising; board meetings, training courses, product launches, sports dinners, presentation evenings, comedy evenings and live band events. In fact with our state of the art equipment we can accommodate almost any event that you could be requiring. So whether you’re organising your wedding or a gala dinner to thank your staff, planning a sports dinner presentation, or arranging a party for your friend’s birthday, let us at The Westgate take care of it. At the Westgate, we have four function rooms you can choose from for any special occasion.

Catering
Our catering team have created a variety of exciting menus for use in various functions, from a simple breakfast menu to lunch menu’s to full banquet evening meals, and a large variety of buffets. Our team at Westgate are experienced and prepared to discuss any special requirements. It’s the individual touches that make the difference, so if there’s a particular dish a guest of honour prefers, or something else that will make it that extra bit special, let us arrange those details for you.

Weddings
This exciting service combines creativity, individuality and flexibility…..because we understand it’s your day. It’s the most important day of your life and we understand it has to be perfect. With Westgate Weddings, you’ll be introduced to your very own dedicated Wedding Advisor. Attentive to your needs, the Wedding Advisor will make sure everything runs smoothly. Looking for cake boxes, photographers, makeup artists, coloured linen? Need some guidance on Wedding etiquette? Our very own expert will be there to help you all the way as much as you want.

Conference & Events
Our conference centre is purpose built and designed for every type of event from Board meetings to large conferences, from training and presentations, to product launches. As well as all the latest digital technology and screens for presentations and training, we have portable staging and dance floors to enable us to produce the professional and perfect event for you.

Entertainment
At Westgate we are here to make sure your event goes smoothly and professionally, we have access to a host of entertainment facilities. If it’s a comedian, sports personality, celebrity, cartoonist, magician, classic or modern artists, we can supply all of your needs.
